At a point of integration we become capable of holding both chaos and order. The energy within and without and the duality of self, ever changing and evolving becomes a tension we can balance. From the chaos of confusions, sadness, grief within an aware state, we bring forth wisdom and a shared state of connection. In truth, in wholeness, in love for self and the other. We carry all the ingredients for our own self realization, connection to self and with that, true connection to others.

This piece is about understanding the energy we each carry. It is about tuning into the felt senses of our somatic experience and pulling apart the web of the internal narrative to find truth, form meaning and gather wisdom. Finally, to continue to walk the path in front of you with more integrated understanding, self acceptance and honesty.
