Paint my face

In all the mistakes

Stain my skin

In the lessons I’ve learned

Open my heart

To spill out the burdens

Pry open my ribs

Holding the stories in my bones.

Bend my Body

As it has already been contorted.

Stretch my limits

As an open ended tool.

Crack open my mind

To unwind it’s dialogue

To free the blocks

To untie the knots

To loosen my grip.

Let life break me.

So I can see the fractures.

To move through darkness

To find the light.

For it is in my body.

I carry the universe.

It is within me

I find infinite peace.
