Earth Body
Rest my mind
To the pace of nature
Relax my body
Back into the earth
Ease my grip
Unfold as it will.

“To be what we are, where we are” Pema Chodron
I’ve been comforted by the earth these last weeks. Placing my mind as often as possible on the steadiness of the ground beneath my feet. Digging, planting, weeding my garden as I tend to the garden in my mind. Pulling up all the weeds as they sprout.
The cycles of the seasons, of my seasons, of our evolution, are on their own intelligent timeline. Unfolding a story we have yet to understand fully. The path is to trust in this body made of the earth and the wisdom it holds. To be what we are where we are and to not fight but embrace. To grow at growths pace.
May we all trust to be what we are, where we are so we can see and feel our ground and see our path forward with more trust.
